About Gawain

Gawain Bantle has pursued his passion of dancing for a great portion of his life. Having performed professionally as a ballet dancer in Cologne, Amsterdam and New York City,

as well as dancing Flamenco, he has studied and continues to study Argentine Tango mostly with Miriam Larici and Hugo Patyn, but also has learnged a lot from Carina Losano, Sonny and Nancy Newman, Oliver Kolker and George Garcia, to name a few. Since the pursuit of Tango is a life-long wonderful obsession, he hopes to continue to learn, study and teach this wonderful dance.

Gawain is also the producer of the TangoFests in Maui, the next one to be held August 6th - 10th 2008 at The Studio Maui. For more information go to www.tangofestmaui.com
